Also, the World Health Organization saw the onion ability to ease flu symptoms, including congestion, coughs, bronchitis, and respiratory infections. There is a theory that raw onion, actually, absorbs bacteria in the air and prevents them from entering the body.

Onions consist of sulfuric compounds like thiosulfates and sulfoxides which are responsible for the powerful spicy flour and give the onion strong and helpful properties. Moreover, onions are packed with the antioxidant quercetin. It stimulates the body to battle free radicals and enhances the immune system overall.
Onion Soup Recipe
-3 big yellow onions
-3 cloves of garlic
-¼ cup of chopped oregano
-4 cups of water
-Himalayan salt (taste)
First, cut the garlic cloves and the onions into little pieces and put them into a bowl or dish filled with the water. Then add the chopped oregano and boil these ingredients all together for about 15 minutes. You’ll know that your soup is ready when the onion gets delicate and soft.
One more way to use onion as a natural remedy:
Cut a slice of the onion and apply it on your feet. You can wrap it with a cloth or put a sock over it. The next morning remove it and do this every night and you will see the change.
