In Dubai, the construction begins once the tallest tower in the world

Dubai now boasts breathtaking Burj Khalifa – the tallest (far) building in the world, 828 meters high, resembling the stalagmite. Its construction was completed only 10 years ago, but the city authorities decided that it was time to update the record.


If all goes according to plan, the next tallest building in the world will be completed in 2020 in the Bay of Dubai – to surprise visitors to the World Exhibition Expo 2020, which once again will be held in Dubai.


The exact height of the tower is the miracle is unknown, but it is definitely much higher than the Burj Khalifa.


Construction will cost about one billion dollars.


The author of the project – Spanish architect and sculptor Santiago Calatrava Valls known for a variety of futuristic buildings around the world.


On top of the tower is planned to build a viewing platform with 360 degrees and a fantastic view of the city.
