Home remedies for bad breath
Parsley not only serves to decorate meals, it is a rescue remedy if you went to the restaurant with your partner and forgot to bring spray to freshen your breath. Chew a sprig of parsley after the meal and go. You can also include this home trick in your daily life. Not only will it eliminate bad breath but it will also help you if you suffer from fatigue.
Did you run out of mouthwash and go out with the bride tonight? Do not despair! If you have either Alka-Seltzer or baking soda in the medicine cabinet, your problem is solved!
Baking soda increases the acid level in the mouth, thus killing the bacteria that cause bad breath.
If you have Alka-Seltzer, dissolve two tablets in a glass of hot water and use it as you would use the mouthwash.
If you have baking soda, add a teaspoon of baking soda in half a glass of hot water and rinse your mouth.
If you do not have Alka Seltzer or baking soda, then try the apple cider vinegar.
Mix equal parts of apple vinegar and water and rinse with the solution. The acetic acid from vinegar will lower the pH of your mouth thus killing the bacteria that causes bad breath.
Brush your tongue
Another very effective home remedy is brushing your tongue. Many bacteria hide on the tongue and when we brush our teeth these bacteria stay there causing bad breath.
You can brush your tongue with the same toothbrush or you can buy a tongue scraper which is a product they have been lately drawn for this purpose. Although this object is much like a spoon, so if you do not want to buy it but would like to try it, you can use a spoon.
